First Identify the Type of OKX Code
“OKX verification code not received” can describe three different problems:
- SMS code: delivered through mobile networks and affected by country codes, signal, filters and international-message restrictions.
- Email code: delivered through your mail provider and sometimes routed to spam, promotions or a custom filter.
- Authenticator code: generated locally by an app such as Google Authenticator; rejection usually points to the wrong account entry or incorrect device time.
Fixes for a Missing SMS Code
- Check the country code and phone number. Do not type +86 or another prefix twice.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another code. Repeated clicks can trigger rate limits and invalidate older codes.
- Review blocked and spam messages, dual-SIM settings, phone storage and aggressive security-app filters.
- Confirm stable service and ask your carrier whether international or business messages are blocked.
- If the official screen offers it and your account details are unchanged, use a previously bound email or another official verification method.
Fixes for a Missing Email Code
- Search all folders for “OKX,” including spam, promotions and archived mail.
- Check the address spelling, mailbox capacity, forwarding rules and automatic deletion filters.
- Whitelist an official sender only after verifying its domain in the OKX Help Center.
- Use only the newest code; a delayed older message may already be invalid.
Authenticator Code Rejected
Make sure you selected the correct OKX entry, set the phone's date and time to automatic, and enter the current code without spaces. If you changed phones, removed the app or lost the backup, use the official account-recovery process instead of guessing repeatedly. Security changes may involve a waiting period.
When to Contact Support
If these checks fail or you no longer control the bound phone or email, enter support from the official OKX website or app. State the code type, time, displayed error and steps already tried. Redact sensitive account details in screenshots.
