Direct Answer: Sometimes, but Not by Typing an Old Code

A new user should still confirm the referral field before submitting registration. An existing user cannot simply return to the normal field and enter an old code. Binance's Affiliate Recall program describes a limited process through a new Affiliate Referral Pro link and an official confirmation prompt.

All four checks must pass: the account has never had an inviter; it is more than 90 days old; it has not traded or used Binance products for 90 days; and Recall is available in the account's region with a “Bind Now” prompt.

Binance says Recall is still in testing and is not available in every region. It also says an existing user is not currently bound by entering a referral code alone.

What to Do

  1. Check that no inviter was previously bound and review account age and 90-day activity.
  2. Use only a clearly verified new affiliate link on the official Binance domain.
  3. Log in to the existing account; do not create another account.
  4. If a binding prompt appears, read the live attribution and benefit terms before confirming.
  5. If no prompt appears, stop and ask official Binance support. Do not pay for “manual binding.”

Why Binance Wallet Instructions Look Different

Binance Wallet has a separate referral program. Its FAQ says an existing Wallet user who has never bound a Wallet code may enter one on the Wallet Referral page. That does not mean the Binance exchange account accepts the same later-entry process.
